DCP SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Annual subscription per user is $110 for DCP with billing and $75 without billing.
Subscriptions can be renewed from two weeks prior to expiry(a prompt will display on the panel).

It takes just a couple of minutes (orders handled via Paypal) to obtain an activation code.
 Subscription is not required for non-providers.
An activation code can be purchased for multiple users, simplifying maintainence and renewals.

To subscribe for the DCP --> Right click the DCP Tray Icon when DCP is running and user logged in to clinical software as a doctor.

Note that the subscription link is not shown when user is not a doctor.

Then click menu item 'About' and click on the link 'Subscribe online'.

Bulk licensing - For every 4 licenses purchased a 5th license is awarded.

If you wish to purchase more than 15 licenses - significant discounts are available but you will need to email PSU_admin@pracsoftutilities.com.

If you are working in an aboriginal health clinic a 50% Discount can be arranged - fax a request on clinic letterhead requesting a discount code to the fax number shown on the left.

Subscriptions can be purchased when you click the 'Subscribe Online' link on the About form.

 After purchase  it may take just a few moments for you to receive notification emails from PayPal with your receipt and PSU_admin@pracsoftutilities.com with your tax invoice and Registration Code.

 When you receive the email from PSU_admin@pracsoftutilities.com you will need to enter the Registration Code in the DCP.

STEPS to Activate DCP licence using an activation code.

1. Open the About form.  The about form is accessed by right click on DCP tray icon.

2. Click on the button "Activate Licence"

3. Enter the Registration Code into the text box on Registration form and Click button 'Activate'.

Access is then granted to all subscription only features of the DCP without trial limitation for the duration of the subscription (usually 12 months).

You can enter the registration code into as many Workstations/Terminal Service sessions as you like while you are logged in to clinical software.

When a user is performing subsequent activations you will not be required to enter the registration code, simply opening the Registration form will confirm your licence and automatically activate that workstation. Once activated the registration code is tied to user and practice. If you have purchased multiple licences in a single transaction , the registration code can be used to activate the corresponding number of different users.

Activating a single user with a registration code on multiple computers within a practice location will only use up one instance of a multiple license subscription. Activating at different practice locations will use up the corresponding number of licences from a multiple licence subscription.

 Non Providers

The DCP is free for non providers(users without provider numbers).

Advanced features of the DCP will not be accessible for non-providers.

The about form will display 'Community Edition' if you do not have a provider number.

Trial Period.

Your trial begins when you download and install the DCP. The trial period lasts for 30 days.  After the trial period has elapsed you can continue to use the DCP in limited function mode. Trial Periods Will be introduced in January 2010. If you have installed the DCP prior to the introduction of trial periods , your trial period will commence on this date.

Features of the DCP that require a subscription will no longer function or be accessible beyond the trial period without a valid subscription.

Differing Subscription Costs.

DCP versions with Billing integration (MD3 PS3, BPC BPM, BPC PS3) have a higher subscription cost than standalone versions(MD3 standalone, BP Clinical).

Subscriptions.

Important: All retail subscriptions last 12 months from time of purchase. Prices are listed in AUS dollars. Payment is nonrecurring (you will not be automatically billed again at the end of the subscription period).

Subscribing involves making a payment via the PayPal payment gateway. As part of his process you'll receive a email receiptfrom PayPal and an email from PSU_admin@pracsoftutilities.com with your registration code and taxation receipt.   The registration code is entered in to the DCP registration form by a doctor logged into their clinical software. A registration codeis used to 'activate' a license subscription in this manner.

Single Subscription(If you purchase a single license from the PayPal gateway.)

An 'activated' license subscription can no longer be activated for other users, i.e. It is tied to the user who activated the Registration Code in the DCP. However it can be used for enabling multiple instances of the DCP for the same user within that practice (for example in terminal service environment or different workstations) simply by clicking the Activate Licence Button on the About Form. 

Multiple Subscription(If you purchase multiple subscription licenses from the PayPal gateway during a single PayPal transaction.)

The Registration Code received in your email after purchase can be used to activate the corresponding number of users by entering the Registration Code into the DCP License Form for each user(User must be logged in to clinical software).

Once the licensed number of users within your subscription has been activated then no further users can be activated with that registration code.

The Registration Code is valid at multiple practice locations for the purpose of activation .

Each activated license subscription is only valid at the activating practice location so cannot be used across multiple different practice locations. However it can be used for enabling multiple instances of the DCP for the same user within that practice (for example in terminal service environment or different workstations) simply by entering the same Registration code into the DCP Licensing form

Example multiple user activation procedure for 5 licences purchased.

Log in to Clinical software as each of the 5 users in turn  and use the activation code to activate the DCP for each user. Instruct each user to open the about form and click on the 'Activate Licence' Button when they are next running the DCP on their usual computer workstation. The Users will not have to enter the activation code on the other workstations(activation code only has to be used once within the practice for each user).

DCP Updates

 The DCP is updated frequently.

There is no subscription requirement for updates.
