Summary of steps

Step 1. Open this website on the subscription page that links to Paypal.

Step 2. Click the PayNow Button

Step 3. Make payment via the Paypal Gateway.  You will be emailed an activation code for DCP.

Step 4. Enter Activation code in to DCP.

Detailed Instructions

Step 1 - choose either of two methods 

Method 1. Log on to this website and go to homepage - Choose the link for Billing or Nonbilling version  to open the appropriate subscription page).

Method 2. Right click on the DCP tray icon

In the menu that appears click on 'About' . NOTE: You must be logged in to clinical software as a DOCTOR requiring a licence for DCP(otherwise the link on the about page will not display).

This then opens the about form.

If you do not have a provider number , the words 'Community Licence' will display on the bottom of the About Form and there will be no Subscibe Online link.

To obtain a licence click on 'Subscribe Online' and a webrowser will open on the subscription page. 

Step 2 - Click the PayNow Button

On the webpage that opens click on the PayPal Pay Now button. If you have a discount code enter it and click apply before clicking Pay Now.

Step 3 - Making payment on Paypal site

 On the PayPal website payment can be made by logging in to Paypal or paying directly with credit card.  You must enter a valid email address when paying by credit card.

After payment is completed with Paypal click "return to website" and you will be taken to the page with instructions on activating the DCP.

You will also receive Emails from PayPal with your receipt and from Malvern Residential Care Doctors with your Tax Invoice and instructions on activating the DCP.

Step 4. Activation

Activating the DCP with your license code is easy. Simply click on the 'Activate Licence' on the about form and enter your licence code sent in the email. You can activate the DCP on other workstations or terminal service sessions in the same manner. You do not have to enter the license code for subsequent activations as the code only has to be registered once.

 Example multiple user activation procedure for 5 licences purchased.

Log in to Clinical software as each of the 5 users in turn  and use the activation code to activate the DCP for each user. Instruct each user to open the about form and click on the 'Activate Licence' Button when they are next running the DCP on their usual computer workstation.
The Users will not have to enter the activation code on the other workstations(activation code only has to be entered once ( i.e. on one workstation) within the practice for each user).
