Dear Anton

One of our practices is having problems getting the Access Mode to work.  Can you provide some tips?

Thanks

Hi Linda

Access mode is a new feature and only works for the MD3/PS3 version at present.

A simple setting change as shown in the video "Access Mode" on the media roll of the home page will show you how.

If not working still, let me know.

Hi Anton

We looked at the video on Access Mode.  What a great instructional method.  You're saying that once the mode is changed, it is the appointment book that triggers the patient's panel to appear and the clinical record no longer triggers it ....does the GPs still see the the patient's panel when they open the patient's MD record?

Access Mode is for secretaries running DCP on front desk. Not meant for GP's. Will not affect GP installations when you change to Access Mode on front desk computer.

Basically my practice manager and secretary wanted to have information available to allow prompting for longer appointments when AHA and TCA's were due.
