We are implementing a simple PDSA for weight, height and waist measurement.

This utilises features of the PIP prompter program.

Having created the Quick PIP Billing Checker (need a better name) which is an alternative Preventive prompt for medical director.  I thought it would be great if some of the basic data collection could be performed from the waiting room.
It was relatively simple to add the ability to print day sheets with the list of prompts for individual patients.
Implementing data collection was not quite so simple.
